Hilton Garden Inn Chihuahua

Hotel was located in a nice shopping center which was convenient to walk around for food and light shopping. The pool was beautiful on a rooftop setting but we did not go in as it didn't have a heater and was freezing. We had 3 rooms- 1 room had a clogged shower head, 1 room was not able to get hot water. Room walls were a little thin and I was woken up two different nights from people talking in the room over. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked nicely and was adjustable. The service was friendly and helpful and didn't mind our broken Spanish or helping in English for more detailed settings. Overall nice hotel.

No mames. I’m currently a titanium member at Marriot but am realizing i fucked up. I should have stayed at Hilton. Even when entering with only silver Hilton status, the customer service has been amazing. Both of my stayed with hilton they have left me hilton goodies or a personal note to greet me. The housekeeping is the best i have ever seen… The ladies not only refill my soap but leave me extra knowing i burn through at least 1 a day. After i drain both waters the housekeeping has left an extra bottle on my bedside. Additionally every day they have been reorganizing my laundry, medicine, and toiletry in the bathroom. It literally feels like I’m living back at home with my mom taking care of me. Whomever is taking care of me and the first floor for the past week has been amazing and I can feel the love. Even my shoes are reset each day to the front of the house including my wife’s shoes. Each day I can smell the soap from the new sheet and pillows. For all my personal and work travel I will be using Hilton. Each item placed on a towel, placed into a cup, gathered next to the night stand are all the attention to detail that will keep me coming back.

It was very convenient because I can charge my Tesla in the parking lot.

The rooms were not only comfortable and well-appointed but also spotlessly clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and delicious on-site restaurant, exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend Hilton Garden Inn Chihuahua highly enough for anyone looking for a delightful and relaxing stay in the city.

The rooms are good, just like any other hilton garden. However, at the time I got at the hotel, it wasn't clean enough. There was an open can of whiskey in the fridge, and the shower was still dirty. During my stay, they didn't give face and hand towels. I asked for laundry service and I think somebody from the hotel did it, since they weren't very good and without plastic or a note. In the end, they wanted to charge twice the laundry service. The service is not good, I am sorry to say this. The location is not bad since the hotel is within a mall, so you can find restaurants and grocery stores very close. The gym is also good with basic equipment.
